What this covers

This website and the demo agent on it. Client work is covered by the agreement we sign with you, and the products have their own terms inside them. Where they disagree with this page, they win.

The demo agent

• It is free, it needs no account, and it is there so you can judge the product yourself.
• It is an AI and says so. Do not give it card details, passwords or medical information.
• Conversations are recorded so we can improve it. See Privacy.
• We may limit or pause it if it is being abused or if it becomes too expensive to run.

What we promise, and what we don't

The site is provided as it is. We keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will never be down and we do not guarantee any commercial outcome from reading it.

Prices and timescales quoted on this site are indicative. The real numbers are in the quote we send after we understand your job, and only that quote binds either of us.

Your content

Anything you send through the contact form stays yours. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.

Our content

The text, design and code on this site belong to Zinc Dynamics. Quote it, link to it, screenshot it — that is fine. Copying the whole thing to pass off as your own is not.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Zinc Dynamics is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you have a problem with us, email first — it is faster than a lawyer and usually cheaper for both of us.
