Our AI voice agents are provided as an assistive tool to augment your team's capabilities. The service is not intended to replace human judgment in critical business decisions. You remain responsible for all interactions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from the use of our agents.

Our service operates on a subscription model with the following components:
All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize Zinc Dynamics to charge your registered payment method for all fees owed.
Zinc Dynamics reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not apply to existing subscriptions until the next renewal date. If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel your subscription within the 30-day notice period without penalty.
We maintain a target uptime of 99% for our service. While we work to maintain high availability, occasional scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Zinc Dynamics retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, technology, algorithms, and voice agent infrastructure. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription term.
You retain all intellectual property rights to your data, conversations, and content. Zinc Dynamics does not claim ownership of client-created content or data processed through agents.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation:
Zinc Dynamics may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in illegal activities.
You agree not to:
Zinc Dynamics' total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months. This limitation applies to all claims, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zinc Dynamics does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. AI agents may produce unexpected outputs or errors.
Our service relies on third-party providers including but not limited to ElevenLabs, Twilio, Stripe, Netlify, and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for outages or issues with these services. Review their respective terms and privacy policies for more information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as agreed upon by both parties.
Zinc Dynamics may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
