Zinc Dynamics is the data controller for anything you send us through this website. Contact:info@zincdynamics.com.

Our products — JobsPuzzle and AdmissionPuzzle — each have their own privacy policy covering the data inside them. This page covers this website only.

What we collect here

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone, company and the message.
• Anonymous usage statistics — which pages get visited, from roughly where. No names attached.
• If you use the voice agent: the conversation, so we can improve it. It tells you it is an AI at the start.

Why

To answer you. That is the whole reason. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not hand it to advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it lives

In the EU. Our hosting and databases are in European regions and stay there. Everything is encrypted on the way to us and while stored.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: two years, then deleted. Voice conversations: twelve months. If you want yours gone before that, ask and it goes.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask for a copy in a portable format.
• Complain to the data protection authority in your own country (GDPR Article 77 gives you that right where you live or work).

One email does any of these. We do not require a form, and we reply within thirty days.
