What should I put in the message?
The job that eats your week, roughly. “Our phone rings after hours and nobody picks up” is plenty — we’ll ask the rest on the call.
Where do you work?
Remotely, with businesses in several countries. Everything runs over a call and a shared screen, so where you are makes no difference. The products serve users in 19 countries.
What happens to what I send?
It is stored in the EU, used to reply to you, and nothing else. No list, no resale. See Privacy.
What does it cost?
The call costs nothing. Every job is quoted in writing before anything starts, so there is no surprise at the end.
